Yes we are providing the 100% Original and unique designs. We guarantee that no one is using the similar design on web until you used it first. We start designing all the brand logos on a blank paper and we NEVER copy from web. For the Social media covers and the banners we take images from a pool of images we have.
Paypal is the only payment method we are using to accept payments on Cattleya Graphics. The Paypal is the world most secured payment system on web. You are protected with Paypal’s SSL certificate each time purchasing on Cattleya Graphics.
Obviously you will get full refund if you are not satisfied with our product. But so far we never had a single unsatisfied customer. All the feedback we got are impressive. With our experience we can guarantee the 100% satisfaction.
If we have a contact number to contact us, we may not be able to provide the services listed for this cheap prices. Running a calling center is very expensive. In that case we may have to add that cost in to your bill. It will raise the unit cost. That’s why we are not using any calling centers. But we are very responsive to our emails. Therefore you can always send us an email through our contact form. We will reply you within 24 hours.
First click our “services” tab located on the upper right area (Right to the Logo) of the page. There you will see all the services we are providing. Then click on the service you want to get from us. That will take you to a page where the relevant packages are displaying. Select the package you want to purchase. Then click the “Buy Now” button at the bottom of that particular package. Then you will automatically forwarded to your shopping cart. Then click the Paypal button and make the payment.
Once you make the payment you will be redirected to a page where you can send us the details on what you need. On this page you should provide the Paypal transaction ID and the details of the design you need before submitting the form to us. Once you send us the details we inform it to you and start designing your project or we will ask more details from you if we need anymore.
It all depends on what you need. But roughly for a logo it will take 4 days for the initial draft. For a social media cover it will take 3 days. Anyway you will get the initial draft within 5 working days. Once you get it depending on the revisions it will take another couple of days to complete the project.
